We specialize in "job carving" i.e. creating positions that will address gaps in the workplace and thus free other employees to do work that suit their skills.
Our skilled employment advisors match the employee to the job through the development of a vocational profile outlining the skills, abilities and job preferences of our individual clients.
In consultation with the employer and employee we can assist with on the job training and access to government wage subsidies.
We providing ongoing support to the employer and the employee until both parties feel that the employee has the confidence and competence to do the job independently.
